Been a while since we had one of these. Just took this to post in another forum; thought I might as well start a thread here...

My Christmas standard:

I love A Charlie Brown Christmas :D

Here's my current wallpaper, my husband and I leaving the chapel at the end of our wedding ceremony this past June :adore:

Ubuntu:

looks a lot better as a png, but that's 1.6 MB, a bit much even for a desktop thread, it's linked below

Windows:

Those are from my laptop. I don't currently have a wallpaper on my desktop's desktop. And since I don't "show icons", it'd be rather pointless to post it.

My current desktop. This is the picture I took when the Santa parade started down our street. :D

(As always, click the thumbnail to see it full sized)

Been playing around with LightWave's radiosity settings using my Soyuz-class design that I've been too lazy to finish. But even without textures, I like how she looks.

I'm been using the same one for ages. Certainly since the last time I posted my desktop in one of these threads...:D

Well, I would have called it a Smmer 09-10 Thread, but that's me (and where I am) :D

This is Glen Etive, Scotland.

Which operating system do you use ITL? I'm just curious, since I use 2k :)

This is from my laptop though. :D

My wallpaper hasn't changed much.

Actually, that's a lie - it used to be this picture I created a few weeks ago:

then I reverted back to the usual, aesthetically pleasing background, using the age-old "tiny bitmap blown up" trick.

The desktop is still messy, though.

I remember when I first discovered that trick. From the way I reacted, you'd have thought I invented sliced bread.

I just upgraded to Windows 7 after almost 10 years with XP, and a lot of those years I had the same look. It's a bit sad saying goodbye to Milk but I am trying to embrace Aero Glass. I'm still tweaking things but here's a shot anyway.
