Yes, a Mormon asking an alcohol question. Actually I'm just passing it along from someone else: Does Tawny Port have to be chilled before serving or is it supposed to be drank at the cellar temperature (in this case about 55 degrees.)

Otherwise the 18C range is perfectly acceptable. Just remember to store the port out of direct sunlight and make sure the cap is secure to minimize further oxidation.
