Can anybody suggest an online video maker? Something free and that doesn't require signing up to use it or create a video.
I am using a computer that will not run executable files (so I can't run Windows Movie Maker after downloading it), so I can't get WMM from online. Unless there is a zip file of it somewhere, where I can just extract it. I'm looking for the older one that was on Vista.
But if there is a good free online alternative where I can go to a website and create something without downloading or registering, that 'll work, too.
