Met him once myself. Need to see him again, though. At the time, I had never begun a TNG cast photo, thinking, "What are the chances of actually getting this thing signed by them all?"

Then about 2 years ago, I attended a local autograph signing featuring Frakes, Spiner, Burton, Dorn, Sirtis, and McFadden. So needless to say, I did one upon that event, heh.

I need Patrick's signature on a dozen or so items actually, so if he ever does come around here, oh boy am I gonna be piss-poor for a while!

Well, I entered the contest.

At the very least, if I win, this autograph will be a fantastic placeholder until that one day when I finally meet him....

And then I'll have 2 on my shelf. Only one will be personalized.

Would not count on that, my friend. Not if you meet him like you're more likely to, at a convention. They don't do personalizations. Hell, up until the turn of the millenium, Patrick wasn't even signing in person - he pre-signed photos you got handed to you when you signed in.

Now, I have a personalized Patrick. But I spent $100 to get it. So...

lol.

Already got mine thanks. He popped up about ten years ago at a one-shot convention in Atlanta. I seem to recall the main reason he wasn't doing personalized autos was because there were hundreds in line and apparently he was determined to get everyones signed in the one hour timeslot.

I do remember even after 200 or so he still seemed pleasant, and even smiled as he handed back the photo. Pure class that man.

Wish he would pop up again... :P He's been so anti-Trek since Nemesis. I think he feels rejected. :S

I agree.....I think he feels rejected, but Nemesis wasn't that bad of a movie and his performance was still at the top of his game. I would really like to see Patrick Stewart played Captain Picard one last time for the true fans.

Well, every actor has an anti-Trek stage, too. Leonard Nimoy's was the most famous, but everyone has gone through it. This might just be Patrick's.
