Will you be re-subscribing CBS All Access?

I made the mistake of paying for a full year of CBS All Access last September. I should have paid month to month, because I found nothing else in their catalog to hold my attention once S1 of Discovery concluded. So I canceled. I still have one week to watch. But now S2 will not premier to next year. And from what I've read, Netflix pretty much paid for all of S1 and lost money on the deal. I've heard about the new Picard series, but have no idea when it will show. Kind of hoped it would be his years commanding the Stargazer. But sounds like it is post Nemesis. There is this rumored Nicholas Myer series. But have no idea when any of the new series will start. And over all I wasn't all that impressed with Discovery. It had it's moment. But when I put it all together, I would have preferred the series on USS Shenzou. So I don't know if I want to re-up. If I do it will be monthly. If CBS will permit that and canceling anytime.

What are your thoughts of Future Trek on "TV"?

Dropped it immediately, won’t resubscribe until Discovery comes back. (The series proper — will probably skip the minisodes unless they’re weekly.)

i'll re-subscribe when there's content. if CBS AA gives me a reason to keep it year-round, i will. but for now, the content just doesn't justify it.

Like many others I cancelled it shortly after S1 finished. Once S2 (or maybe if the short treks start in Dec) I'll resub. Then cancel once that's done...rinse and repeat.

I cancelled after the season finale.

Will resubscribe for season 2, or maybe earlier for short treks

Like many others, I cancelled once DSC finished. Will resubscribe once the shorts begin. I will remain subscribed as long as I perceive there is new monthly high-quality engaging Trek. Doubt I'll keep subscribed for other content.

FWIW, I subscribed for a month this summer to marathon DSC, then cancelled.

Interesting note, I am resubscribing under a different email address. If CBS captures this kind of data, I will count as both a permanent cancellation and new subscription.

I'll probably do monthly when there is new Trek content or content I find interesting. They have there old catalog, but much of that is available elsewhere. Now if CBS changes cancellations from an online process to where you have to call, we're going to have a problem. It was a nightmare to cancel cable.

I unsubscribed after STD season 1 ended.

I will not resubcribe because I think STD is a poor product and I'm displeased with the direction of the Star Trek franchise.

If things change I will reconsider.

They aren't going to pay live people $15 an hour to retain customers for a $6 dollar a month service. I think you're safe.

No need for it here--have DSC on cable (yay Canada). However, I'd prefer it on Netflix like the rest of the planet (except the US, of course), as I wouldn't have to worry about commercials or the stupid network logo and "framing" that often accompanies broadcasts. Oh well. First world problems, indeed.
