Wider "Vulcan's Blank" reading order

After I finish the DS9 Relaunch, I've been contemplating going back and reading the "Lost Era" of Spock, which are books set after the Movies, between the Movies and TNG and then beyond TNG. I worked up a basic list of books to read, and I want to see if it's about right with everyone. I don't want to account for every Spock-centric book or anything from the 5-year mission really, just basically the larger storyline of Spock in the movie era and beyond.

The Books I'm planning on are:
Vulcan's Glory, Yesterday's Son, The Pandora Principle, Time for Yesterday, Unspoken Truth (Saavik-centirc I know), Sarek, Vulcan's Forge, Cast No Shadow (Not sure about this one), Burning Dreams (Frame story I think), Enter the Wolves comic, Vulcan's Heart, Double Helix: Red Sector, TNG: Crossover, Spock Reflections, Tales of Dominion War: Blood Sacrifice, Maximum Warp Duology, Brave and the Bold, The Final Artifact, Vulcan's Soul Trilogy, Rough Beasts of Empire and Countdown.

Is that about right? As a corollary to that question, are there any books that feature Spock as the Captain of the Enterprise in pre-TWOK-era? I couldn't really find much to point me in this direction.

Offhand that seems to be the right chronological order, but not all those books necessarily fit in the modern continuity, particularly Time for Yesterday, which is strongly tied to the '80s novel continuity.

As a corollary to that question, are there any books that feature Spock as the Captain of the Enterprise in pre-TWOK-era? I couldn't really find much to point me in this direction.

Portions of Mere Anarchy: The Darkness Drops Again do so, and I believe the frame story of Strangers from the Sky falls in that period -- as, indeed, does Time for Yesterday.

Christopher, you're the man! Thanks for the help. I'm less concerned about a coherent narrative and more the general sense of Spock's continuing journey.

Surely you should include Crucible: Spock: The Fire and the Rose? Not entirely consistent with the others, but a good Spock read.

If you're doing short stories, "Just Another Little Training Cruise" from Enterprise Logs would be worth your time.

Maybe also the TNG half of The Modala Imperative?

It sounds like it will be a fun readthrough-- some good stories in there, and a nice idea to follow a character like that.

I forgot about Crucible! Thank you for reminding me. And I finally have an excuse to get Enterprise Logs. I'd been holding off on it for a while.
