Why the hell is Nemesis always on AMC?

Networks like AMC really make themselves look cheap, stupid, and lacking in credibility when they air movies like Star Trek Nemesis over and over and over again.

They had this on last year in August! A movie that gets beat out opening weekend by Maid in Manhattan gets a regular time slot on "American Movie Classics" network?

Ridiculous.

And yes it's on right now as I type this!

It isn't "American Movie Classics" anymore... just AMC.

Yeah, the "Classics" part of it went away, along with much of my consideration. Particularly after their massive increase in commercials. It should stand for "Advertising Merchandise Channel", or "And More Commercials".

I don't have cable or a TV.

So just by coincidence, I watched Nemesis earlier today. It's my third favorite Trek movie. ST:II and ST:VI are the others.

It's like here. TV3 now and then say Star Trek coming on TV soon, and it always turns out to be Generations.

This is why I don't get cable TV. Anything worth watching can generally be found on Netflix or elsewhere on the internet.
