Right, that's how it is here with the over-the-counter version. But if you show your ID to the pharmacist, they'll give you the older kind with pseudoephedrine, with limits to how many pills you can buy. But my point is that the side effects are the same for both versions. I don't understand how it could make someone high without being processed into meth. It's either psychosomatic, or CD really should see the doctor about the side effects she's experienced, because it really shouldn't have that effect.
I know I'm probably a tad older than you and thus might miss the connection here, but let me take a shot. Is Sudafed supposed to help someone deal with that "music"? ...or are you just promoting drug abuse?
No, I'm promoting safe, useful use of drugs by consenting adults like me. It's those darned kids who take my Sudafed and use it to get high who make it hard for old farts like me to get it 24 hours a day to knock out a sinus infection. Although I do promote the music..... Exactly my friend. Exactly!
I miss proper sudafed. I had so many colds as a kid that I basically grew up on it. It worked so much better than the new stuff & made me into the man I am today...
I can't take it. My wife can and does, but I'm one of those that react by having the rapid hammering heartbeat and the crawling-out-of-my-skin feeling.
Your av is like that video of that woman, where you can see her spinning in either direction. It's messing with me!
