Why is Star Trek Armada II So expensive?

I am able to find Star Trek Armada cheap but the prices for Star Trek Armada II are just crazy.

Why is it so expensive?

Armada 2 (like Bridge Commander and Starfleet Command 3) were pulled from shelves during their initial run because of a lawsuit between Activision and Paramount Pictures as Activision felt that Paramount had damaged the brand and made the franchise nonprofitable (thus violating the contract the two companies had). All copies that were still on the shelves were ordered scrapped and destroyed by court order; making the few copies that had sold highly sought after by collectors.
