Why does the Un.I.T. logo look just like the "The Green Wing" Logo?

On reflection the "wings" motif is quite similar to a certain brand of Tampons but lets not give their litigation department any ideas.

But I'm watching this half decade old English medical comedy and between scenes they keep flashing the Un.I.T. logo at me, and I begin to wonder if the Green Wing isn't actually set in a Secret Un.I.T. Hospital (I'm sure there used to be a show called Secret Hospital.. Oh, Mary Jane from Spider-Man comics used to be a slapper in it. Not a real TV Show.) although... It could be Torchwood Four pretending to be a Secret Un.I.T. Hospital because they still consider the Doctor and enemy of the Empire and whereelse a better place to trap a Doctor than a hospital which is why the board only seems to hire the most insane and ludicrous people who have ever called themselves "Doctor" in the hopes that one of them is THE Doctor?

Oh look, they already foul hooked Patterson Joseph!
