Why are we forgetting about Adam? Rose is with Mickey and runs off with another man (issue one).
You mean, Mickey, the guy who reacted to her almost dying by ignoring it and going down to the pub for a drink and a football match? Mickey, the guy who told Rose not to read his emails? (Hell, RTD himself said in
The Writer's Tale that the intent there was that Mickey was cheating on Rose.)
Rose
dumped him. That does not mean she is promiscuous.
While she's with Mickey and other man, she gets with Adam,
She was no longer with Mickey, and she was not seeing the Doctor. And she did not "get with" Adam -- she flirted with him a bit and then it didn't go anywhere. Are you going to claim that anyone who goes on a single date with somebody is necessarily seeing them, too?
Does Rose hop on every lap she sees? No. But not for lack of trying.
Oh please. Rose shows attraction to exactly four people in the whole of
Doctor Who: Mickey, Adam, Jack, and the Doctor. She broke up with Mickey at the end of "Rose," and it never went beyond flirtation with Adam and Jack. And then she waited a very, very long time before admitting her deeper feelings for the Doctor. It's completely disingenuous to say she tried to hop on every lap she saw.
Mickey, Adam, the Doctor, Captain Jack, is there anyone she didn't try to hook up with?
I don't recall her hitting on anyone throughout the entirety of Series Two, and I don't recall her actually entering a relationship with anyone between "Rose" and "Journey's End."
To call a woman who engages in simple flirtation -- which is all Rose ever did with Adam and Jack -- a slut is pure misogyny.
