Why are the ebooks LATE?

Why is it that the Star Trek ebooks are so late these days? The book comes out and the ebook takes days and days to follow. Resistance is still not even yet out. Will we have to wait till 2008?

At least Diesel ebooks is showing that you'll be able to purchase and download "Q & A" starting tomorrow. Not the best prices, IMO. Strangely, they don't have a listing for "Resistance" at all.
