Okay, sorry for the delay, but here we go (with hopefully more entries than the last one). I'm taking @CmndrSela318 's idea (thank you) for the theme, which is people from the TV show asking the question: "Doctor who?"

As suggested by aforementioned @CmndrSela318 , and because I've had such fun with it in other contest, I'll be using the new size limits, so 200x200 pixels and 1 Mb maximum size.

Here's my entry. It's the example I mentioned when I suggested this thread's theme. It's my favorite Doctor saying "Doctor Who?" It's from the episode Let's Kill Hitler.
