Who's Getting the Lost Encyclopedia?

It doesn't have a release date but I chatted with one of the co-authors on her wall and she said that its final stages and will be out sometime in the fall or winter. The book is 404 pages and seems to be a must buy for all Lost fans. I've been looking forward to this since I found out about it a few months ago.

For some reason I was under the impression it was being released today --- oh yeah, the little preview booklet that you got when you pre-ordered season 6 at Best Buy has it listed on the last page as being out today... yet my local Barnes & Noble did not have it in stock.

It was supposed to come out today but the Encyclopedia got delayed. I think they had some revisions and new info to add which caused a delay. Bummer.

I don't think there is anyway that it could beat Lostpedia, but it could be a nice coffee table book.

I love how Amazon lists it as "not having a release date yet" and still there are already used copies for sale on Amazon.

Sure would be nice if there was some kind of news about this thing.

I enjoyed LOST, but it wasn't a show that interested me enough to buy a book about every little facet of it.

I saw a copy at Barnes and Noble today. It's a gorgeous book, full of full-color pictures and images and tons of detailed entries on just about everything. I would have bought it right then and there if it had been less than the $45.00 it's going for... but something told me I'd probably be able to find it cheaper elsewhere (like Amazon!)
