I've been given the job of policing NASA's youtube channel.

Yay.

Someone had the great idea that on Monday, the 40th anniversary of Apollo to make NASA the featured channel. This invited every wacko to say "faked" or "staged" or "Harry fucked Dumbledore!!!"

We had over 2000 comments on Monday, I had to delete about a third.

You poor bastard. I think I'd rather take my chances with another flight on the fail plane before they patched up the hole.

As predicted, yesterday, Whoopi Goldberg said that they've gotten tons of emails about it, and reiterated that she doesn't believe that the moon landings were faked.

Then she said, "But I do believe in the Loch Ness Monster!" and bugged her eyes out and waved her hands.
