I really quite wonder why B'Elanna is so popular, she never seemed very interesting to me.

Well she isn't getting too many votes here so she's clearly not that popular. I thought B'Elanna had the potential to be one of the more interesting characters but they didn't do much with it

I think the phrase...."wasted potential"....is the Voyager motto though
Chakotay, who? And what the hell is a Maquis? ;)

On instinct, I voted for Janeway and Neelix.

I LOVE Janeway's [and Mulgrew's] dry humour so I think we would make each other laugh. Additionaly, I'd enjoy philosophising and discussing things with her.

Neelix because he is a real, average dude. I think once you got to know him and...have a beer with him, he would be an enjoyable person to be around, helpful and loyal.

If the question was who'd I hang out with in the real world, I'd pick Seven. I'd convince her that this is an alternate reality and that any technology that she invents won't disrupt anything. Then I'd ask her to make as much as she can to benefit mankind. I think if Seven put her mind to it, she could end world hunger and poverty, well, assuming replicators work in the real world.

Many people would like to do different things with Seven ;)

^As I was writing that, I was thinking "as soon as someone reads "real world" and "Seven", they're going to assume I chose her for one reason." I chose her for her mind first. :p

But after all that...

If I suggested drinking a load of lager and getting completely wasted, I suspect only Paris, B'Elanna, Seska and Neelix would be the ones to say......hell yeah!

I imagine Neelix is significantly more fun when he's drunk. Seska would be a dirty little minx and we all know that Seven is hilariously sociable after just one glass. She would provide the lulz

Are you sure you want to get drunk with Seska? She might wait until you're passed out drunk and then steal your DNA.

She doesn't need to steal my DNA. I would be more than happy to "produce" as much as she wants.

You say that but could you sleep at night knowing your offspring are being raised by the Kazon?

And then hux 2.0 returns with a vengeance......it will be worse than three Naomi Wildman clones constantly babbling smart ass stuff.

They're good eggs, the Kazon. They can raise as many of my Seska sprogs as they like. It's only DNA. I never really understood why Chakotay cared that much. He was happy to let his DNA create a new species on the demon planet

Seska? You would have to sleep with one eye open. She was a Cardassian operative and a member of the dreaded Obsidian Order. I shiver to think all the ways that she could torture someone. She was not a nice woman.

Hux, He was betrayed and thus less likely interested in a charitable donation, ya know?

Some people don't feel okay sprinkling DNA around because they feel obligated to the welfare of whom they create. I guess he didn't think he needed to mind his clone because it has his values already. (Presumably. We find out in Oblivion)

One more thing and hux will probably agree, the end of Seska sucked. She was keen and outsmarted our crew yet unlike her baby, couldn't handle a zap. I wanted a more satisfying ending to that bitter cardassian.

And it should have been chakotay's kid. Show real adaptation in the DQ.
