Who win Shadows VS Dominion or Borg???

Eh...I'll bite. I don't see why the Borg can't assimilate the Dominion's triad of main races. The nanotech functions at the nano-molecular level, no reason it couldn't assimilate the Founders. I'd have to give the edge to the Borg here. So the winner might meet the Shadows...who are somewhat analogous to Species 3472. I think it likely the Borg may be over-matched, but would probably put up a good fight. They seem more numerous than the Shadows, and possibly a little more stubborn.

Ahh, you see,

The shadows get the Dominion, Klingons, Feds, Romulans, borg, and enyone else of note to take out Species 3472, then the borg.

Then they sit back and let the dominion, Feds, and Klingons and romulans battle it out

Then they wipe out everyone left and see who grows back stronger...

If its the 'Q-Who' Borg, they wipe the floor with every species of every sci fi fantasy. Short of Q himself, those Borgs can never be taken out.

Daleks would kick their butts, Sontarans would give them a great battle, Weeping Angels would Cut out their throats, Silents would make them forget or get them to build something to destory themselves and Rory Williams Pond would Tie a chain around a Borg Cube and drag it around for fun.:guffaw:

And the Crack would make them of never existed at all.

It's 8472, not 3472..

Logically the Borg would be able to assimilate the Dominion, though I wonder if nanoprobes may be more likely to kill a Founder... And as some have stated Shadows are going to be capable of killing the Borg: Telepathically disrupting the Hive, biotech (possibly including more advanced nanos), planetkiller weapons, phasing ability... and of course at least several million yrs of experience over the rest.

My vote goes to Chuck Norris though. :P

Though Rory Williams-Pond doesn't even need time to prepare...

PUR-LEASE! Rory could get owned by Dora the Explorer. WITH a Blindfold and both arms tied behind her back.

You made fun of Rory Pond. That was a bad idea. If you see any hot redheads...basically, run.

Hmm...the Weeping Angels vs. the Borg...scary...temporally displaced Borg would be a very bad thing. So between the Borg and the Angels, whoever wins, everyone else would lose.

Can the Borg assimilate Weeping Angels? That would basically be like assimilating stone. The result: stoned Borg!

I'm trying to somehow make this a joke about Borg stoners, in case you couldn't tell. Anyone else, feel free to jump in and make an actual joke out of this concept.

I think the weeping angles would fail to defeat the Founders as they would just place unblinking eyes all around their bodies rendering the angels useless.

The Angels would defeat the Borg since anything that holds the image of an Angel becomes one. The Borg mind would instanly become infected and the entire Borg race turn into Angels.

All of them lose to the last Centurian, Rory Williams Pond

Hmmm... What's that?
Redheads my boy?
Hmmph, they’re not a problem.
If they come at me I'll give them a right thrashing, and then some. Hm Hm, what!
We is gonna bust yous and your mates up, innit!

I think the problem with the Dominion is that the Founders themselves are very vulnerable. Once their home planet goes, it's basically over for them. Not to mention that their hold on the Jem'Hadar has been shown to be tenuous without the white.

I would like to state for the record that I am NOT a hot redhead. So I won't be the one 'bringing it'...but it will be brought. :D

Why does the Dominion enter into the equation exactly?
They are effectively on-par with the Feds.

I think it's possible that the Borg might defeat the Shadows.
I haven't really seen Babylon 5 however, so I cannot be certain.
The reason why the Borg couldn't adapt to Species 8472 was because their immune system and cells were evolved to the point where anything that penetrates the cell membrane immediately gets destroyed.
Are the Shadows that much advanced on a biological level?
Perhaps, or perhaps not.

I've never understood why people think the Dominion can even compete with the Borg.

The Borg nearly wipes out the entire Federation with one ship even after the Federation has been planning for a Borg invasion for 16 years (First Contact). The Cube takes hundreds of Starfleet ships to destroy.

The Dominion loses a war with the Federation and their ships are about on par with StarFleet ships.

And then came Voyager, in which a science vessel holds its ground with the fearsome Borg.

Well I really recommend you go see B5 it really is worth it and prob is one of the best Sci-Fi shows if I dare say its even better then DS9 (watch the hate come on me) so please give it a go and see how good it is.

I happen to agree, though DS9 is my second favorite show, and a very close second, at that.

lol yeah, I tend to ignore what happens in voyager in my view the writing was not well thought out between the Borg and Species 8472 and Voyager just does soooooooo much on own, its overdone and laughable at times.

I liked B5, but for me the poor special effects took me right out of the story in a lot of places. I think DS9 did a much better job helping me suspend my disbelief in that area. Also the gratuitous mystic philosophy of B5 turned me off a bit. However, the stories were just as epic as what we saw on DS9, and B5 played things less safe than DS9 did - which was a point in its favour. Plus, you never knew what to expect from B5. Since it was a new, original universe they could do almost whatever the hell they wanted.
