I voted Landry. I liked Hammond, but he was a little soft in his portrayal I think. I like Landry's more standoffish type of approach to the people working there.

Really? I felt as if Hammond was more strong, standoffish and very military. Landry seemed firm but very soft. He felt over shadowed by Carter and Cam which made it feel like Landry wasn't their CO. He was just there.

They were both "firm but soft" really, I just prefered Landry's way of portraying the firmess than Hammond's.
 
Hammond definitely, Jack belonged on the team leading them thru the gate not behind a desk.
indeed. I hated when RDA wanted to work less so they made the character the new SGC commander:( id rather he just retired or transfered. there was just a huge void between Hammond & Landry
