Here is one nobody has mentioned I don't think: Phillip Noyce who directed SALT. He also is a good action director.

As for now, I'm perfectly content leaving the prime universe behind. My Blu-Rays, books, Netflix streaming and comics have not been redacted or suppressed; let's see the new adventures in this timeline.

No changes that you are aware of. How do we know that the changes in the timeline has not affected their contents?

I am curious how Para Moobs will spin this....

"Absolutely disgusting -- but not unexpected -- of Paramount to hear my scoop leak and go forward with a third movie despite plans to cancel it simply to paint me in a negative light. Even still, I did everything in my power to inform people this might happen, but not a single fingertip picked up on my reports and took them to my keyboard. It figures."

This is just golden.

Rupert Wyatt or Edgar Wright.

Planet of the apes was fantastic, I think this two directors are the most talented and consistent of the bunch.

I fail to see how any changes implicated by either of JJ Abrams' films would be present in media I've purchased over the course of the past 25 years and prior to the release of the first film in 2009.

About the only things I've upgraded have been TOS and TNG to Blu-Ray, and so far I've not noticed a single "change to the timeline" at all.

The prime universe remains untouched and unsuppressed. You want to revisit the prime universe? You can! On DVD, Netflix streaming, and currently mostly on Blu-Ray.

The Abrams films are where we are heading, and there's just no getting around it. These are the new voyages of Kirk and company. Let's see what's out there, thataway.

I think it was suppose to be a joke. :techman:
