Who is this actor?

There is a Visa check card commercial that has been out for a while...it's the one where everyone is waiting in line at a flower shop and someone uses a check, slowing everyone else down. The cashier in the commercial looks really familiar, but I cannot figure out where I recognize him from. I feel like it's so obvious but I just can't get it.

he looks like Danny, the singer who was a contestant on the Apprentice one season
