Between Trump and Hillary, I would have to go with Trump. Hillary is a criminal. I hold a security clearance also and if I had done something like she did I would be sitting in a federal prison somewhere. That's where she needs to be.

Hillary Clinton's polls show a very high degree of untrustworthiness. That is an opinion shared across the political spectrum and it's come from her actions through many years in the public eye. If the Dems had ran someone like Elizabeth Warren against Trump this wouldn't even be a race.
Though I'm sure if Trump is somehow able to pull it off that will be at the top of the list for excuses.

It's true, though, that the GOP smear machine has been working hard for decades against Hillary, so it's small wonder that lots of Americans believe that she's a harpy.

They both have their negatives but an honest assessment of their records presents tangible qualitative differences which make clear that they aren't interchangeable. I'm pretty tired of people acting as if they are.

Depends on what happens with the senate, but hypothetically speaking
Clinton wins senate emains GOP - Not much will change
Clinton wins senate goes DEM - some work might get done
Trump wins senate stays GOP - the thought is almost scary
Trump wins senate goes DEM - some sanity
That third option seems to be something people worry about. Why would that be scary?
