I often pick them up as an alternative to candy. A whole box lasts a lot longer than most kinds of candy, like a candy bar, M&Ms, or Skittles. Also, they keep introducing more and more candy-esque flavors.
I very rarely buy candy these days (except for the occasional chocolate bar now and then), but I did eat the orange Tic-Tacs like candy when I had them. It's been years since I last did that.
Like another poster, I did not know they still made Tic-Tacs. I stopped buying them, because they made too much noise in my suit pocket at work. It was very annoying.
I keep a box of the orange ones in my purse for my son at church. He's far too old to have a snack during services, but sometimes a few Tic Tacs will help calm the fidgeting during the sermon.
And, yes, I will eat them, too.
I'll have to keep my eye peeled for the cinnamon ones, though. Those sound good.
My wife bought some fruity strawberry ones today. I kinda ate the whole container when I got my hands on them, this evening. Those ones are definitely candy!!
