I'm afraid this is veering into 'shipper territory, so I'll have to ask you to drop this discussion from this particular thread.
Phlox never did anything with Cutler. She clearly got turned off by the fact that he had 3 current wives. I got the impression she was mostly flirting with him anyway. Clearly no sex and of course they didn't do anything at all afterward. Yes, Kellie Waymire (Cutler) died about a year later but they had ample time to make her his lover but they didn't. He would have needed someone willing to understand that the wives were in the picture and most human women aren't happy about such things.
As for Phlox's wife showing up. I'm betting nothing happened. He didn't seem all that interested...spoke a lot about patience to start with, and she was far more interested in Trip. Given the time they had together, and how long it had been since he'd seen her last (4 years), there was no guarantee she did anything with him even though she was there.
Guy, you are bad!!! But yeah, we sure did have fun on that thread. I'm still thinking the Denobulan men don't take the iniative. That the women are more aggressive than the men, and touching is probably limited to doing the nasty (ie. taboos about public displays of affection). I also don't think they kiss. It's true he didn't freak out when Cutler kissed him on the cheek but she surprised him.
T'Pol got away with touching him when he was resting during one scene from Bounty, but again, he was caught off-guard, and clearly didn't welcome it (for whatever reason...doctor/patient issues, not wanting to take advantage of her). He was even uncomfortable putting the decon gel on her earlier in that episode before she started coming onto him. Heck, he couldn't even look at her when he did it.
I find it hilarious that he so casually says everyone needs sex to unwind yet would probably freak out if it came to be his turn. LOL!

LOL on the fanfilm!!! I personally don't think it will be all that different from any other film of that sort except that their kama sutra would place favoritism on different um ways to get things accomplished.
I'm still betting nothing happened between him and Cutler. His interest may have been there, but I think hers died pretty quickly after that one episode. And his professionalism probably kept him from pursuing such relationships unless someone on the crew initiated it. Didn't seem like that was happening either (though something with someone named Amanda might have been heating up prior to E2).
