Who do you think will die from the main cast for S3 of Picard??

At the top of my list is....
WORF....the fact they made him a pacifist, I'm guessing he's gonna get really brutal towards the end of the show and sacrifice himself and die with Honor amongst his friends....

Well not who you hope but who you think they will off. I know one character that is completely safe. That would be Seven....there is a lot of potential with her character for a series. I hope they do a Titan show with her starring in it...

I think they are going to kill off Raffi. She'll sacrifice herself to save someone like worf or the entire ship. Basically she'll finally do something right instead of wallowing in self pity with drugs.

I think there is too much hero worship from the producers to kill of any main characters. Given the sheer amount of venom made over characters dying in Season 1 I see them pulling a full 180 on this whole idea.

Well, Stewart, McFadden, Sirtis, Ryan, and Hurd have all openly talked about reprising their roles after S3. And Frakes has hinted at it.

That would narrow it down to Wirf, Geordi, Shaw, Laris, and Crusher's son. Unless the actors are intentionally misleading us, of course.

I still think it's going to be Raffi. She'll do a Spock and save picard and whatever ship he's on at that time. She'll also say "KHAAAAN!" for good measure. Lol

• Vadic will die because she's the Baddie, so she has to get hers.
• Shaw will die because he's Captain Asshole.
• Crusher's son doesn't die, because they want to misdirect us. They want us to think, "He's like David!" And we all know what happened to David. But who knows?
• Worf could die an Honorable Death. This is something I could buy. But would they?

Everyone else makes it out. IMO.

I agree with all of this except possibly Riker. How do you figure with him? Do you think it's strictly story/character-related or because they want to keep Frakes as the man behind the camera?

Actually, I think Shaw will not stay a villian long. He'll have some depth. He won't die with people disliking him.

Agree the Seven is being set up to Captain something. Titan. Stargazer. Voyager. Defiant. Enterprise. Something.

A big trope is a big heroic sacrifice. And this season is pretty tropey already. Worf will probably sacrifice himself around episode 7 or 8. It will allow them to escape whatever peril they’re in but it won’t be enough to stop the threat. Riker will go down in 10 as a way to save the galaxy and his friends. He’s an estranged husband and father. He’s going to go down after fully making up with Deanna.

Shaw will be downright murdered right after we start to like the guy.

I love this season so far, but it's tropey as Hell. In fact, I'll go so far as to say I love it because of the tropes.
