Most: TOS and TNG - by a wide margin. These are the Treks I grew up on. I watched TOS reruns since before I can remember and had recently turned 10 when TNG started.
DS9 is awesome and I have rewatched it a lot, but it's too serialized to rewatch as casually as the more episodic TOS and TNG.
TAS, Voyager and Enterprise were the weaker of the original Treks for me. I've still seen a lot of their episodes many times, but they're nowhere near the top two.
The new Treks are still just too new: Lower Decks is the only one of them I've rewatched at all. I'd like to rewatch Prodigy, Short Treks and Strange New Worlds later on. Discovery less so, Picard hardly any at all,
