Definitely Late DS9/First Contact-era, although the Braxton/29th Century ones are rather sharp too.

I'd probably have to say the First Contact ones. The first time I saw a picture of them I was blown away by how cool they looked.
I do love the ENT and TNG 1-7 uniforms too.

The thing with the near-future uniforms (from All Good Things, The Visitor, and Endgame) is how high up the pants are. They all walk around looking like Simon Cowell!

And I never liked the ones from TMP either, they're so bland

i agree that the FC are the best of the "pajama uniforms" but i like the separate pants/torso of the TWOK-TUC movies. It makes it seem more authentic

The TWOK-TUC era uniforms are the most realistic as far as a military organization would look, so I like them for that reason. If Starfleet is going to keep the peace and fight our space wars, that's what it'll look like.

On the other hand, TMP-era uniforms are the closest to what I think a true "exploring Starfleet" would look like in our future, when we turn space exploration from an elitist's prospect (NASA's small-crew, rarely planned missions) to a true, potential career (Starfleet's hundred-crew, multiple starship mandate). Say what you want about the pastels or the collars - but those loose-fitting fabrics, lighter colors, and exposed-design (t-shirts, open collars, etc) would surely help crews involved in long-duration space travel avoid claustrophobia or other, negative feelings.

The TWOK-TUC era uniforms closely followed by the traditional TOS era uniforms. This is exemplified by the fact that I have both of these types of uniforms in my closet.

How can anyone be sure of how uniforms "would" look 300 years from now?

Here are two group shots of exactly the same type, US Navy admirals and their staffs, taken 78 years apart:

If you sent the 1942 photo back through time to 1864, do you really think anyone would recognize the wash khakis and garrison caps as US Navy uniforms? Or as uniforms at all? Or might they think they looked like "pajamas?"

I voted for TMP. Even though I'm not crazy about all the colors and the fabrics, they were the highest concept we've seen, with formal and more casual variations, long or short sleeves, protective gear and so on. I dislike the TWOK uniforms not for aesthetics, but because they represent such an abrupt and drastic break with everything that had come before. Uniform tradition is strong, and such a sudden upheaval would usually indicate a revolution or regime change.

I like the TWOK-TUC uniforms (particularly in TUC and GEN), but their ballooning bloused pants detract significantly from the quality of the uniform. If the pants continued straight-slacked to the ankles, I might have choose them over at least one of the FC/late DS9 and "Relativity" uniform sets.

The TMP uniforms look like they'd be very uncomfortable to wear, formless and poorly cut as they tended to be. Too, they're of very unpleasant colors and styles, which would make for a constantly negative aesthetic experience.

Enterprise-era. Like the practicality of pockets.

Pockets are awesome (from personal experience with women's dress pants, you don't really appreciate them until you've had to go without) but the late DS9/FC uniforms definitely look better.

I was torn between the TWOK-TUC uniforms and the late DS9. But ultimately I prefer DS9 style. Besides the TOS movie style I don't really care for any of the others.
