I just randomly found this picture online, and I know what its relating to; how Homer remembers the town meeting went. I just couldn't remember which episode its actually from?
Anyone remember? I would guess Season 4 or 5

Actually you might be mistaken, as I just fast forwarded through the episode on DVD and couldn't find it.
I looked around a little on Google and I think it's actually from Season 5's $pringfield (Or, How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love Legalized Gambling)
Another classic though

Oh, you're right! My mistake!
You know, I've seen that episode so many times (even have it on DVD) and this is the first time I realized Homer was muscular in that scene.
I was gonna say no on it being the monorail episode, since I'd seen that one so many times.
The other episode, not so much. Weird how you can see one so many times in reruns and not the other.
