That all depends on which British accent you're hearing. There are dozens of them, you know.British English is a pretty seductive language, too.
Most Brits would say a scouse accent is anything but sexy. To them, it sounds like the proverbial fingernails on a chalkboard.
I'm not the right person to answer this question, but French was scientifically designed to be sexy, so I think that's probably the right answer. I love Italian, but it can certainly be all over the map depending on the region.
True. I was primarily thinking of Queen's English or a moderate Midlands accent. But a slight tinge of Welsh can be pretty cute, too, as Peter Wingfield proves
Cockney is perhaps not exactly a sexy accent (no offense meant to the Londoners)
Scottish isn't a romance language - meaning a language descended from Latin.

The gender labels, for one. Also, "du" can go fuck itself.
It deserves it : no one ever bothered to set rules for gender labels and "du" or other funny things like that. It just sounds better like that. French isn't sexy, it's frivolous
