Maybe I'm strange, but caffeine has no effect on me at all. I drink Mountain Dew for the taste.

I've noticed that it has started to affect me now that I'm in my 20s way more than it did when I was a teenager.
What did that taste like? I never drank it.
I think it was pretty much grape-flavored, if I remember right.
Grape / blackberry, yep. Wasn't bad.
I voted Live Wire just because it didn't have any votes at the time but I like the original, Code Red and Live Wire the best. The baja Blast from taco Bell is ok, but on the bland side. Voltage, revolution and Super Nova are ok but average. The Game Fuel with the cherry-citrus blend was not one of my favorites as it tasted like putting a cherry and a orange LifeSaver in your mouth at the same time. The first Pitch Black with the grape flavor was ok. But the Pitch Black II the following year with the sour grape twist on the flavor was my least favorite because I'm not into sour things at all.

I had to vote original because Diet Dew wasn't listed. I only drink diet drinks now, can't stand the overload of sugar in the regular drinks.
I feel like the original Pitch Black was the least marketed and had the most limited release. That thing was in and gone before i could bat an eyelash
It's kinda hard to explain, was kinda grapey but not like that strong, I loved it.. I hate code red, live wire is ok..
Live Wire is especially tricky to find in cans, imo.
I think Baja Blast is watered down due to it only being available in Taco Bell fountain machines. I've always thought the syrup/water ratio was off on that one. I'd like to taste it in can/bottle form

In Canada, it doesn't have caffeine.
There's an "energy version" of Dew now that does though....
In my day, we drank tons of Jolt Cola for that. Of course, that too was in the States, I have no idea what we drank to stay awake in Canada since I never had that problem.....
