Which is the better movie...

The movie one movie I would save, between those listed, would be

  • Avatar

    Votes: 5 8.5%
  • Star Trek XI

    Votes: 21 35.6%
  • Matrix I

    Votes: 13 22.0%
  • The Dark Knight

    Votes: 15 25.4%
  • XMEN 2

    Votes: 5 8.5%

  • Total voters
    59
  • Poll closed .
Ignoring the 'stranded on a desert island' angle, The Matrix is the only four-star film on that list.

So the real question for guys is which movie's women to you want to beat off to until you croak.
I don't need to have or get an erection to appreciate the beauty of the human female. ;)

Anyhow, it's:
- Maggie Gyllenhaal for a few scenes. Maybe 20 min.
- Carrie-Ann for perhaps 45 min or so, but a good half of those with sunglasses.
- Avatar - nonhumans and some babealicious Sigourney, but not more than 15 min thereof.
- Star Trek - less than 20 min of Zoe, about a minute of Orion chick

- X2 - four beautiful women, probably at least an hour of combined screen time.

Where's the contest? :p

Star Trek, hands down. Being stranded on a desert island The Dark Knight and The Matrix would be too depressing, and Avatar and X2 aren't quite as good as the other three.

UPDATE;

Tomorrow night, when the five of us get together to watch 1 episode of Bab-5, 1 episode of Boston legal and TRON (getting ready for the new one) we will look at the vote here and see how its going. For your information, I am losing. But even though I am losing my arch-nemesis's pick isn't winning either. So, I feel good...

Oh..and yesterday I won $100 on a Lottery ticket. the $25000 poker draw lottery ticket that goes for 3$ bucks? I had four hands that beat the dealers hand..each worth $25...so I may not win this poll, but I made up my $20

Rob

I guess I would go with TDK out of all those. Better acting, direction, cinematography, cast and so on.
Who in TDK was better than Stewart, McKellen and Cox in X2? All three of those actors delivered performances that were less showy but at least as layered as Ledger's impressive but ultimately one-note role. Caine and Eckhart were quite good, but I wouldn't go so far as to call them better than the X2 stars.
