Our TWOK Line-by-Line thread was very successful! We actually got all the way through to the end!

I want to start another one. But I need to decide which to do next. I started with TWOK because it's the most popular and Ricardo Montalban had just died.

Going forward, I see three choices...

1. Start back at the beginning and do TMP.
2. Move on chronologically and do TSFS.
3. Pick another really popular one, like TVH or FC, and do it out of order.

What do you think? I'll leave the poll up for a day or so and then start a new one.

I'd say pick one at random - TVH, TUC or FC. One of the more popular ones might attract some more people.

Though if you do TMP... Expect a lot of pages of silence and awed expresssions :p

^ Yeah, plus with TMP there is the problem of getting everyone to work from the same version. You have the theatrical edition, special longer edition, ABC TV edition, director's edition, the definitive The God Thing custom edition, and probably more editions I'm forgetting. :)

Good point, I didn't think of that!

Maybe if it's not version specific, we'll end up with our own cut of the film that includes every bit of footage ever created for it, deleted scenes and all :p

Also, I think that BOOOWWWWN BOOOOWWWN music should be counted as a line of its own, as it's the bit of the film that stuck in my mind most when I watched it as a wee kiddy. It actually kinda creeped me out at the age of 3 :shifty:

Or not... I'll go with whatever the consensus chooses regarding that.

I'm going to move this to Trek Movies (probably should have moved the other one too, but oh well).

I say TSFS, lets do the trilogy! Also there doesn't have to be debate over vesrions. Let's go!
