I like the Voyager, Intrepid class ship. I find it really well designed and constructed, compact, very fast, technological advanced and fully capable for multiple roles.

I like the Odyssey-class (although I'm not that crazy about the bridge of the Enterprise-F we saw in PIC). It's a big ship that both continues and deviates some from previous Enterprises.

Strange that you don't have the Nova Class (USS Equinox from Voyager). I love this and the Rhode Island version. They may not have the large fire power to take out the Borg, but I like the small crew. I like to write stories and the small crew is just right. This is an upgraded Oberth. (another favorite ship)

I like the quirky design choices of the Enterprise F but I do strongly agree the bridge design seen in PIC wasn't suiting for a flagship as it was a quick-n-easy redress of the Titan's bridge set.

I believe when the D was first seen it was a very contraversial design as it was such a radical departure from the aesthetic of the previous starships. The F seems like a suitable evolution of the E and continues the stretched look while incorperating the subtle curved surfaces of the D. I have no idea why people dislike the F so much tbh. I'm just one opinion but I don't see the issue in a starship having two necks. Wouldn't it make it a lot more efficient getting more people more quickly to and from the saucer section, especially in case of emergency!

My answer to this question changes from one day to the next - there are just so many amazing ships by some very talented designers. I could very easily go with Connie/Refit Connie/ Excelsior/Galaxy/I ntrepid/ Defiant/ Miranda/ Constellation and be happy with those choices. But in the end I voted NX class. Really solid piece of design, both inside and out, and an aesthetic that's unique in the Star Trek universe. Also its refit looks fantastic.

DJ Curtis' Orion class (aka the "pocket Galaxy")

Voted for the Excelsior, but my all-time favorite has to be the Courage-class from the 32nd century. I love vertical ship designs.

Lovely, that
That ship looks like another mid-point between the Ambassador Class and Galaxy class, the first being Andrew Proberts original prototype for the Ambassador, commonly known as the Narendra Class. It looks decent but in-universe this design makes little sense, i mean why build a Galaxy class with a more circular hull and different nacelle pylons? Its too similar to the Galaxy class for me to love it, but as far as the 'Rule of cool' goes.. it does look cool.

It's Excelsior for me, and always has been for reasons I still don't fully understand. :rommie:

Second place is shared by the Galaxy-class and the Constitution (refit), followed by the Intrepid-class.
