I see lots of potential with Lore in a freer setting, ie, more havoc. Many ruthlessly broken necks, etc. I don't know, can hearts be ripped out Terminator style in pg-13? Definitely high gore quotient possible with Lore.

I think Parallels could work although I appreciate the lead character would probably have to switch to Picard.

Ugh. Is YAPS (Yet Another Picard Story) a recognized acronym?

I thought part of what made the story interesting was that it was a Worf story.

OTOH, this could tease fans with a Picard-Crusher relationship... I'd also give them serious bonus points if they brought back Picard's love interest from "Lessons" or Vash.
