Which Characters Would You Most Like To See Brought To Live Action

Would the Lando show be set before or after the events of Solo? Before would be his "legendary" exploits while using the Millennium Falcon. After would be his various money making schemes prior to becoming Baron Administrator of Cloud City.

And the Battle of Teneb.

So far as I'm aware we know precisely bugger and all about what the Lando show could be about. Indeed I don't think there's been any reliable confirmation if Glover is even involved, let alone when it may be set, what the tone is going to be, or what it's about. So while there's certainly a plethora of possibilities, even likelihoods; as of yet nothing solid enough to base anything remotely accurate on.

Yeah, Qi'ra could show up. But so could Salacious Crumb, Hondo, Kanan and Elan Sel'Sabagno. It's that wide open. We'll probably know more fairly soon though, one way or another.

Hmm, a Bith character with actual lines is certainly overdue, though Tenebrous isn't a character I personally am exactly itching to see. I honestly don't rate the Plagueis novel as highly as others seem too. Something about Palpatine's master still being around by the time of TPM just fundamentally did not sit right with me. I always pictured Sidious as the type to off his master at the earliest opportunity. In his 20's or 30's at the absolute latest.
I guess it's inevitable that we'll see Plagueis at some point, but again, not really a character that interests me all that much.

Indeed the only historical Sith I'd be interesting in seeing in terms of their story is Bane and whoever the original Sith was that was mentioned in the TPM novelization (which seemed to come right from Lucas, not the EU.) The latter has to do with the story of how the Jedi and Sith parted ways in the first place and how they both changed in response to that. Indeed I'm kind of fascinated in all the ways the Order may have evolved over the millennia and I have a pet theory/head canon that they started out almost nothing like the warrior monks we generally see them as.

The former is of course the story of the Fall of the Sith Empires. Again, not much of a fan of the EU version of this (can you spot the pattern?) as I think that rather than have some showy super-weapon obliterate the Sith in one fell swoop while Bane slinks off into the shadows, I rather think the more interesting approach would be for the Dark Times after the Fall of the Old Republic to be like Japan's Sengoku period. Rather than one Sith Empire trying to conquer everything in sight, only to be defeated by the rallied forces of the Jedi and the remains of the Republic (for the 728th time) instead have everything to just descend into chaos, with every Sith Lord clawing out their own domain, and fighting every other would be Emperor for every scrap of power and control that they can. Allegiances constantly shifting, betrayals, conquests, reversals and intrigue everywhere.
It's only when Bane somehow manages to manoeuvre the last remaining Sith Lords into killing each other that he claims it all for himself, and establishing the Rule of Two that finally stabilised the Sith Empire to rule the galaxy. In my mind, he lived to see his plan work and died an old man, and it was his successors that were ultimately cast down. Hell, I'd be perfectly happy if the Jedi had *nothing* to do with their downfall at all. That they spent centuries in hiding and only resurfaced *after* the Sith Empire was ashes.

I guess that's a (very) long winded way of saying that I'm less interesting in certain characters getting adapted into canon as I am certain stories being told. Getting any interesting characters from Legends along for the ride would just be a fun bonus to me.

Honestly, none. I grew very weary of Mandalorian becoming nothing but the Filoni Animated Cameo show.

While Hera is probably my favorite animated character from SW, I'm not even sure I'd care to see her at this point.

Please, please create some new, original characters, people!

Yup. No new characters been added to Star Wars in so very long . . .

. . . Oh hey there Omega, Cid, Dyn, Moff Gideon, Fennic, Garsa, Drash & Skad, The Armorer, Peli, Mok Shaiz & Mok Shaiz's Majordomo, Koska Reeves, Iden, Del, Hask, Zey, Shriv, Cal, Cere, Greez, Cordova, Trilla, Merrin, Frog Lady, Trace and Rafa! What are you all doing here? Oh you're going to hang out with Alphabet, Titan, Shadow and Vanguard squadrons, to wait for the two dozen major named characters from The High Republic to show up? Ok, but when you see them, do ask if they've noticed any new Star Wars characters around here of late? All we ever get is wall to wall cameos these days!

I recognize two of them.

But, fair point. Can't stand most of them. Especially Fennic.
