Which Characters Would You Most Like To See Brought To Live Action

It would mean recasting, obviously, but I'd like to see Wedge Antilles in some form or fashion. I guess this kind of counts since they did have him in Rebels.
I was talking about characters who've never appeared in live action, and he appeared in 4 live action movies.
Mara Jade
It would be fun to see her, but I'm not sure what her role would be since Luke probably wouldn't have any kind of relationship with her.
For a while in Rebels, I was thinking it could have been fun to bring her in there, and basically put Kanan in the role Luke played in the Legends stories, but then it became clearer that his relationship with Hera was romantic.

Maybe to get him out of that stupid "no relationships with any one" mindset...

Maybe what happened with Mara along with Ben Solo leads to a broken spirit Luke of The Last Jedi?

I have a feeling we probably would have heard about Luke having a wife who died in TLJ if that were the case.
I'm torn on whether or not Vi Moradi being a character at Galaxy's Edge count as a live action appearance. Either way, I'm expecting her to eventually show up a movie or show.

I could see Luke having a flame like Obi-wan had with Satine, but never progressing with it for one reason or another.

Yeah because having a relationship did his father the world of good.

Maybe if he didn't have to hide it...or wasn't terrified he'd lose her because he was still traumatized by the death of his mother he was forced to leave behind...

That's the thing, he didn't HAVE to hide it. He could have married Padme, lived openly, raised a family. All he had to do to get that happy life is leave the Jedi Order and give up the power and privilege he thought that afforded him.
Being a Jedi isn't inherent, it's a choice; but it must be a choice to serve others, hence: no attachments. Anakin made a choice to serve himself and tried to have it all, because he was selfish.

It's the same choice Luke explained to his first little Padawan, and unlike Anakin, he made that choice selflessly.

I guess the priesthood and other modern religious groupings just have me questioning any group that insists on celibacy and unattachment...especially if these lonely, sexually frustrated people are going to be then put in peace keeping positions.

Sexuality isn't a factor. Jedi aren't sworn to celibacy. The forbidding of attachments isn't meant to control Jedi, it's meant to free them so that they can serve the greater community, without fear or favour. To be a Jedi is to be dedicated in service to others. You can't do that if you have a family since one or the other will always come first and then neither are being served as they should.
Again, all of this is a choice. The Order doesn't trap it's members. Anyone is free to leave at any time, for any reason.

There's probably also a more pragmatic side to it too; we know that force sensitivity is an inheritable trait. So then what would happen if Jedi were to be allowed families, and children? They'd produce more Jedi, possibly stronger in the force, especially if the Jedi inevitably start pairing off with each other. Down that path leads to aristocratic forms, and suddenly a benevolent order of guardians can evolve into an elitist cabal power brokers. Indeed, this may have once been the case, and had been part of the catalyst for the Sith schism.

That's where you get into "pure bloods" and mudbloods territory. But yes, it would lead to some sort of Noblity of sort. Bloodlines.. Oh like Palpatine and Skywalker per se.
And i do agree.. Could have led to scysms in the past.

They are not celibate.

I can't remember, when Ahsoka left the Order, did they establish if there are any specific rules or laws about what a Force user can or can't do when they leave?

As far as I can tell there was nothing mentioned about what Ahsoka could or could not do at a civilian with force powers. About the only thing mentioned was that she was not allowed some Jedi business information as a citizen (which would be normal in a time of war, but was about the worst time to have certain things not get relayed concerning the Chosen One and the Sith).

We did see that she more or less tried to maintain a low profile. I don't know if this was normal or if this had to do with the war having brought negative feelings towards Jedi from the general populous/
