Miss C, re: the Bicycle Tree: since the pic posted by tsq was taken, apparently the bicycle has been vandalized and no longer has its handlebars, front wheel and fork assembly. Some people are jerks.

Haha, I commute to Brussels every day and I didn't recognise it at all.
Now that you mention it, that is the tower of the city hall.
