Where is this Vulcan?

In our Universe, this Vulcan was an executioner on Vulcan:
(They were both played by Russ Peek.)

Well done! An executioner in both universes, perhaps? ;)

Many of the actors and extras playing Vulcans and Romulans got invited back so that Fred Phillips could reuse his old ear molds.

Or perhaps the timelines developed differently enough that this Vulcan, in the regular universe, ended up being an aide to Sarek:

Somewhat off topic, but there was also the Orion female we saw in the ENT episode "Mirror Darkly", after seeing no Orions in Starfleet in either ENT or TOS. (Not counting nu-Kirks gf in Trek09.)

So Russ Peek played a Vulcan at least three different times? Interesting.

I will admit I would never have suspected Sarek's aide and the "executioner" in "Amok Time" were the same actor. Those diplomat threads really hide the muscles he displayed in the other episode.

Sincerely,

Bill

Yeah I was just going to say that. Never would have thought that was the same dude. He doesn't look all that muscley in either Mirror, Mirror, or Journey to Babel.

This is the same guy who did the chest flexing gag in the behind the scenes footage on the blu rays, right? Funny Vulcan.

I think he was a great casting choice for a vulcan, and I like his receding hairline. It works for him and I think he looks cooler than he would with goofy moptop wig. I don't think there's anything ridiculous looking about him. He looks badass. All three of his minor appearances made very lasting impressions in my memory. Crazy that I never realized it was the same guy his three appearances.

And I thought this site had all the significant recurring extras/actors! Russ Peek is mentioned nowhere on it :(

Edit- Actually, make that 4 appearances. (Although not as a vulcan)
Just saw on Memory Alpha he also played this Vaalian:
