Where does this picture come from?

I found this picture on the German Memory Beta with the only source being TrekBBS.com and I remember seeing this image somewhere around here. I also couldn't find a source by google image searching the image. Does anyone know where it comes from?

I found another posting of this image, by the same user. Apparently he made it with photoshop, which is pretty amazing.

I believe I've posted some of this stuff before, in other threads.

I've done a fair amount of photoshoppery of the modern novel-verse, for ships and giggles.
