Where do you see the future of entertainment?

I think we'll start seeing TV on demand in the future.
I wonder if people will be able to live without possessing a hard copy in their hand of their fav movie or TV series. Even if a title is available On Demand, would you still want a disc of your favorite show? Something tangible to carry around after a nuclear holocaust. I like watching old shows on Hulu and Fancast, but I'm not tossing my VHS tapes quite yet. I'm transfering them to DVD!
I already have that.
3D tv coming this year in the UK with specail TV and specks though soon withou specks.

OLED tv. It is some way off but once this technology takes off you will be able to mahe TVs that you can bend or be any shape. Right now the only OLED tv costs a fotune and is very small but when it takes off it will be very cheap.
BluRay will just become another thing your DVD player can play along with CDs photodisks etc. The lon awaited Holographic storage disk might finaly arrive on which you can fit loads of data.
Filmless projectors in Cinemas will be around soon.
There are loads of other things that could happen too.

The future of entertainment will be the continuing development of interactive media. For now that means mmorpgs and whatnot, but eventually it'll be interactive movies and shows.

The ultimate entertainment would be interactive hologram/VR shows, but I think there will always be a market for a show you just sit and watch and don't interact with. Either in a 3D hologram/screen or VR images that place you "in" the show but you're not physically there just a neutral observer. Lord knows I'd rather watch a show than have to run around and shoot the bad guys every single time- TV is relaxation not work! Same reason I'm not crazy about the Wii 
Some theatres have had digital projection since then, but a lot of them still don't. And from what I've seen of digital projection, I'd prefer to hold onto 35mm (and greater) for a bit longer.
How about Outdoor DOOM? I was looking at an X-RIFLE (XBOX as a Rifle) mated with goggle displays and some GPS to put you in a DOOM world where you and every one else get to wander the streets...blowing away Fiends.
You could have Mission Disks so you can Play Marines in Afghanistan.
Can you image what would happen if the people say at TrekBBS had the ability to change stuff in movies and TV shows? I have no idea how it could be implemented, but the result would be a) far worse than the garbage on TV and in theaters now; 2) total chaos; and 3) extremely fun.
So how would you actually implement "interactive movies and shows"? Because there's already a format for it - computer and video games - and from what I can see, mostly they use war/sports analogies to achieve a very directed level of interaction and the ability to have more than one person in the "story" at any given time. To get the interaction without total chaos, you have to funnel people's possible alternatives into a much narrower range of possibilities than you'd find in non-interactive fiction.
I guess I'm enough of a cynic that I can readily imagine human hookers being cheaper than the expense of whatever technology replaces them. How expensive is a crack ho, anyway? If the value of their services decreases, their price decreases accordingly. It's not like they've got a lot of options. I'll bet the pricey VR tech will be put to more esoteric uses, stuff that you couldn't obtain from any human hooker. Tentacles perhaps?
