Where do all the socks go?

They're all stuck at the bottom of the laundry hamper, wondering why you abandoned them.

Those homeless, orphaned socks won't lay any guilt trip on me. They know what they did.

Sometimes, I have socks get stuck to other clothes, and I don't find them again until I wear those clothes.

I've had that happen.

Another thing that occurs sometimes is the odd sock getting caught in the corner of fitted sheets.

You know, if you're losing socks on a regular basis, you can always try pinning them together before they're washed. Takes a little extra time but is better than having to buy new socks over and over.

Sometimes socks get sucked into the dryer's filter and get stuck.

This isn't where my socks go, as I do not have a dryer. Maybe the birds steal them off the clothesline to decorate their nests with.
