When will Moffat's s5 start filming?

I've heard the TND podcast, and they don't state that all the specials will be shown in 2009, just that the final two will air before (presumably they mean well before) Easter 2010. That doesn't rule out the very final special being on 1 or 2 January, which would fit with RTD's comments in recent interviews about his final episode being "a year away," and with the BBC Press Office saying that the specials "will be screened in 2009 and early in 2010." I doubt they've locked the dates either way, however.

In one of his Christmas special interviews RTD said that he believed there'd be an announcement about the new Doctor in February.
