I pretty much took to TNG almost straight away. loved it from the start aqnd stayed with it right through to the finale in 1994. still love watching it now.

I know he appeared in season 5, I also know TNG was doing well, but I'm not sure it was a huge hit in every market during 1987 through 1991 seasons. It all depends on how many markets had the show at the time; and how many bought it as seasons continued?Nimoy didn't appear on TNG until season five's "Unification" two-parter. TNG was already a huge hit by then.
