When was Star Trek first parodied or referenced?

What about the famous Mad Magazine parody "Star Blecch", illustrated by Mort Drucker? When was that published, 1967? Or, are we limiting ourselves to filmed and videotaped media?

I love this strip - the character likenesses were way better than a lot of the Gold Key Star Trek comics of the time. :)
That ariel view of the craters looks like it could be from a Wally Wood strip - maybe re-used from Weird Science?
 
I'm pretty sure that Leonard Nimoy appeared on The Joey Bishop Show in full Spock costume while the original series was still on, and participated in some straightfaced comic banter.

I remember it as being odd, as he'd earlier been on NBC's own Johnny Carson Tonight show in civilian garb, yet here he was effectively plugging the show on the rival talk show on ABC.
