Indeed it is. That's why my signature says "Forthcoming...way forthcoming..."
It got bumped from November 2009 to August 2010. I'm hoping it will be available at Shore Leave 2010 because I don't want to go two more years before I get to sign a new Trek book at the con!
In fact, I'm wrapping up the manuscript over the next few days. My due date is 2/16. I'm just going back over it to spit and polish and such.

It's not all spit . . . there's also some spackle and paint too. And maybe just a scoosh of breading and some flour as a thickener.
That sounds like too much work for me! Steve and I just used one of the many plot generators and replaced Kirk and Spock with Sulu and Sulu.
