When is the best UK Sci Fi Con (Who-centric is a plus)

So I want to save up and send my wife to England for our tenth anniversary. Going to be hard, but I might be able to do it, especially if I just get her the tickets on the anniversary and then we go later.

Anyhoo, my question is What is the name of your favorite UK-based scie fi con, and when/where is it held? She sould love to meet Sylvester McCoy, Sophie Aldred, Janet Fielding, Tom Baker or Peter Davidson at least.
