When is Rules of Accusation/The Empty Sack out?

This is the first I've even heard of it. I searched Amazon and I don't see it even as a pre order.

^ Memory Alpha says December.

Well, actually it says both: September in the article, and December in the infobox. Since neither Amazon or Kobo seem to have it available for pre-order yet, I'd probably tend to believe December over September at this point.

With Amazon not having it for pre-order, I'd be surprised even for December. They're normally much further in advance for preorders than that, usually a 5 or 6 month lead time at least.

Since Simon and Schuster has an eBook exclusive listed for February with Greg Cox's Miasma (which I assume is the TOS movie era novella Margaret Clark talked about earlier this year) I doubt it comes out before that.

I see the blurb has been revealed:

On the space station Deep Space 9, Quark’s Public House, Café, Gaming Emporium, Holosuite Arcade, and Ferengi Embassy can’t legitimately be called an embassy until the Grand Nagus—namely, Quark’s brother Rom—dedicates it as such. Not that Quark really cares about Ferengi protocol, but a well-publicized dedication ceremony will naturally draw people to the bar. Everybody loves a good open house—free appetizers, half-price drinks, door prizes, etc.—all of which Quark can write off as Embassy expenses. It’s a win-win situation, with him on both sides of the win. There’s even a plan to display the original scroll of the Ferengi Rules of Acquisition—which no one has seen for decades given that it’s been held in protective storage—and charge patrons by the minute to look at it up close. Nothing, of course, could possibly go wrong with this big plan. Absolutely nothing at all…

I don't remember what original dates this may have had but, the first I remember hearing of it, it was always a 2016 release. As of right now, it shows a July 4, 2016 release date.

No cover yet?
- I know. It's very disappointing. It seems like a lot of Trek eBook covers are unrevealed until only a few days (if that) before the release dates.
One may wonder if Pocket Books doesn't want anyone to judge a book by it's cover

I thoroughly enjoyed 'Lust's Latinum Lost and Found' so I will definitely be getting this one. I just wish I had a clearer idea of how all the various DS9 stories fitted in with each other. They kind of all feel like they're doing their own thing without a coherent master-plan. Still, that's not the fault of each individual story.
