Why are you referring to a 27-year-old woman as a "little girl"?

Also, of course, the assault took place 7 blocks away from the flash mob. I don't see how the people who organized the event at 8th street can be considered responsible for providing security to people 7 blocks away.

You shouldn't let fact get in the way of a good story.

For your information, the woman was a young girl before she was viciously attacked.

Obviously, the mob included a couple of hungry Wraith from the Pegasus Galaxy who were taking advantage of the chaos to feed.

Also, streets in Philadelphia are numbered using a modified Fibonacci sequence, so they go 7th street, 8th street, 15th street, 23rd street, 38th street, 61st street. It's something Ben Franklin must've dreamed up.

^Thank you for clarifying. I really don't think the presence of off-planet wraiths can be blamed on the organizers. I think it's probably within the sole purview of the INS to prevent incidents like this from occurring in the future.

And it's also good to know that Philly was designed by the same malicious sociopath who cobbled together Washington DC.
