81 degrees and partly cloudy. Looks like there's a chance for a little rain but for right now it's dry.

Over the last few days there has been a significant amount of storm damage and flooding throughout the state especially in the north. One death so far - a woman killed by falling tree.
10,000 homes without power, down from 21,000 yesterday. My niece who lives on the west coast will probably be without power for days. The thing she wants most is a hot cup of coffee.
