what's your local weather?

I keep my heat pump around 75F also (on the opposite coast).

It was 94 degrees today and another storm is fast approaching. Tomorrow is also supposed to be stormy which means the humidity will not be giving us a break anytime soon, sigh.

It got up to 102F, then the clouds have moved in, and the temperature dropped some, but the humidity has shot up. It is supposed to stay cloudy through Sunday, with high temperatures and higher than normal humidity. Possible thunderstorms in the mountains, that could spark wildfires.

Stormed late last night, early this morning, and projected to storm again around 6pm tonight. Gotta keep those swamps swampy! We do live near The Great Dismal Swamp. (yes, that really is its name) The humidity is killer, too, sigh.

It got up to 92F today, but it also sprinkled, due to monsoon moisture from the Gulf of California that came in from the east over the Sierra Nevada mountains. Supposed to start clearing tomorrow, but will leave us with increased humidity.

Hot and humid. Our peak temperature isn't for another couple of hours. It is already 102F/39C, with a heat index of 113F/46C.
It will probably climb another 4F/2C by the time we reach our peak. Edit: Today's high 106F/41C with a humidity of 35% giving a heat index adjusted feels like of 119F/48C. Tomorrow is supposed to be about the same, if not hotter, but hopefully with less humidity.
