Finally a day with no new snowfall!
We've had 3 weeks with no sunshine. Nothing but clouds and fog below 1800 feet above sea level. Lows in upper 30s F and highs only in the mid 40s F.
They forecast highs in the 50s F, but the sun has yet to break through the clouds.
Also, 50F isn't a record high. It is below normal for this time of year. The average high in this part of California, for mid-December, is 56F.
